Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead the Odoo ERP implementation for manufacturing operations from requirements gathering to go-live.
2.Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and design optimized workflows using Odoo modules (MRP, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, etc.).
3.Customize and configure Odoo settings and workflows without coding.
4.Prepare detailed functional specifications for developers and ensure timely delivery of customizations.
5.Collaborate with department heads (production, quality, supply chain, finance) to align ERP features with operational goals.
6.Train end-users and create documentation for processes and modules.
7.Provide ongoing support and improvement of the ERP system post-implementation.
8.Build and manage a future team of Odoo developers to scale ERP features and integrations.
9.Ensure data migration accuracy and coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field.
2.Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
3.Proven track record in implementing Odoo for manufacturing companies (MRP, Inventory, BoM, Work Orders, Quality, Maintenance).
4.Strong understanding of business operations and process mapping in industrial environments.
5.Ability to translate business requirements into functional Odoo solutions.
