About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Odoo Functional Consultant

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with

Odoo v18

, and a background working with Odoo partner companies (Gold, Silver, Learning, Ready, etc.).

Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and tailor Odoo modules according to client needs, overseeing the full ERP implementation lifecycle Assess business requirements and convert them into practical, functional solutions Conduct end-user training and offer continuous functional support Work closely with technical teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery Supervise Odoo ERP project execution, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met efficiently Prepare, maintain, and update comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline 2-4 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant Experience collaborating with an Odoo partner (Gold, Silver, Ready, or Learning) Solid understanding of Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.) with hands-on experience on Odoo.sh Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately (candidates on a visit visa preferred)
