About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Odoo Functional Consultant

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with

Odoo v18

, and a background working with Odoo partner companies (Gold, Silver, Learning, Ready, etc.).

Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and customize Odoo modules in alignment with client requirements, overseeing the full ERP project lifecycle. Analyze and map business processes to develop efficient and practical Odoo-based solutions. Conduct end-user training sessions and provide continuous functional support after implementation. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality solution delivery. Manage project execution to meet established timelines, deliverables, and key milestones. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, providing regular updates and status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline 2-4 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant Experience collaborating with an Odoo partner (Gold, Silver, Ready, or Learning) Solid understanding of Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.) with hands-on experience on Odoo.sh Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately (candidates on a visit visa preferred)
