This is a hybrid role requiring both strong development skills (Python, Odoo ORM) and functional ERP implementation experience across CRM, HRM, Purchasing, Sales, Manufacturing, Inventory, Finance, and POS

We are looking for a

Odoo Techno-Functional Specialist

with hands-on experience in full-cycle

Odoo ERP implementation

, functional design, module configuration, and

custom development

. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in

automating MIS reports

, building

BI dashboards

, and driving

process optimization

across finance, operations, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full-cycle

Odoo ERP implementations

, including business requirements gathering, GAP analysis, functional documentation, module configuration, and go-live support. Customize Odoo modules and workflows in coordination with the development team (Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.). Develop and automate

MIS reports

and system-driven insights for senior management. Integrate and maintain

BI dashboards

(Power BI / Tableau) that extract and visualize KPIs directly from Odoo or its database. Provide user training, SOP documentation, and post-implementation support to end users. Analyze and streamline business processes using Odoo ERP tools and extensions. Ensure

data integrity

across Odoo and external reporting platforms. Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to define and monitor performance metrics. Translate business needs into

technical solutions

, including custom module development or API integration if needed. Support project management, change control, and ongoing process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Business, Finance, Computer Science

, or related field. Minimum

4-5 years of solid, hands-on experience in Odoo ERP

(v16 and above), including: ERP Implementation & Functional Setup Workflow Customization Technical Coordination with Developers End-user Training & Support Strong understanding of

Odoo architecture

and PostgreSQL database structure. Experience in

BI tools

like Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development. Good understanding of

business processes

in finance, supply chain, and HR. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in

Python, XML, and Odoo Studio

for module-level customization. Familiarity with

Odoo.sh

, Git, and custom deployment. Knowledge of

SQL/data modeling

and Odoo external API integrations. Experience in process reengineering and continuous improvement projects. Functional understanding of
