We are looking for a

Odoo ERP Specialist

with hands-on experience in full-cycle

Odoo ERP implementation

, functional design, module configuration, and

custom development

. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in

automating MIS reports

, building

BI dashboards

, and driving

process optimization

across finance, operations, and IT.

Odoo customization, implementation, and functional flows

, with a strong grasp of business processes and data-driven reporting, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full-cycle

Odoo ERP implementations

, including business requirements gathering, GAP analysis, functional documentation, module configuration, and go-live support. Customize Odoo modules and workflows in coordination with the development team (Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.). Develop and automate

MIS reports

and system-driven insights for senior management. Integrate and maintain

BI dashboards

(Power BI / Tableau) that extract and visualize KPIs directly from Odoo or its database. Provide user training, SOP documentation, and post-implementation support to end users. Analyze and streamline business processes using Odoo ERP tools and extensions. Ensure

data integrity

across Odoo and external reporting platforms. Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to define and monitor performance metrics. Translate business needs into

technical solutions

, including custom module development or API integration if needed. Support project management, change control, and ongoing process improvements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Minimum

5 years

of Odoo ERP Implementation experience Proven past portfolio of end-to-end Odoo implementation Proven Experience of Configuring modules with strong functional understanding of Odoo ORM and Configuration Workflows. Proven experience working across

Odoo functional modules

: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, Manufacturing, POS, etc. Excellent

Excel

skills for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation Strong experience creating

SOPs, user guides

, and training materials Involved in

UAT, Go-live

, and post-deployment support Proven experience

leading Odoo custom module development

with coordination of developers Strong understanding of

business workflows

in procurement, inventory, logistics, and finance

Business Intelligence & Reporting

Experience building or coordinating

MIS reports, dashboards, KPIs

, and analytical tools Exposure to

BI tools

and strong command of Odoo's native reporting tools

Education & Background

Bachelor's in

Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT

Functional Odoo certification

preferred Experience in

manufacturing, agriculture, wholesale, or distribution

industries is a plus Accounting and Financial background is desirable
