Odoo ERP Developer / Implementation Specialist

to join our team immediately.

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Odoo ERP professional to support the implementation, development, and customization of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring Odoo modules, developing custom features, and ensuring seamless integration of the ERP system across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, customize, and deploy Odoo modules across various departments (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.) Develop and maintain custom Odoo applications using Python and XML Implement workflows, automate processes, and ensure proper data migration Design and manage database structures in PostgreSQL relevant to Odoo implementations Customize Odoo's frontend using XML and JavaScript as required Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using API protocols Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional ERP solutions Provide training and support to users on Odoo usage and best practices Maintain detailed technical documentation and module configurations Assist with version upgrades, module testing, and bug fixes

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Odoo ERP Developer, Technical Consultant, or Implementation Specialist Strong proficiency in Python (primary language used in Odoo) Solid understanding of PostgreSQL database management Experience with XML and JavaScript for UI customization Familiarity with Odoo Studio and custom module development Good grasp of business processes and workflows in modules like Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and HR Experience with RESTful APIs and integration methodologies Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within tight deadlines Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus
