This senior-level role focuses on driving organisational design initiatives for a reputable government establishment in the UAE

  • Develop and implement organisational design initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives focused on talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement.
  • Analyse organisational performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of organisational structure and processes with strategic goals.
  • Provide expert advice on change management and organisational effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of organisational development initiatives.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in human resources or a related field.
