Job Description
This senior-level role focuses on driving organisational design initiatives for a reputable government establishment in the UAE
- Develop and implement organisational design initiatives to support business objectives.
- Lead initiatives focused on talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement.
- Analyse organisational performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of organisational structure and processes with strategic goals.
- Provide expert advice on change management and organisational effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of organisational development initiatives.
Key qualities the successful candidate will possess are as follows:
- Proven expertise in organisational design in both an in house and management consultancy capacity
- Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OD and wider functional implications
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant educational qualifications in human resources or a related field.
