Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations and oversee both routine and high-risk pregnancies.
• Perform gynecological surgeries including cesarean sections, laparoscopies, hysterectomies, D&C, colposcopy, and fertility-related procedures.
• Deliver antenatal and postnatal care prioritizing maternal and fetal health.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and midwives to provide integrated care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with regulatory standards.
• Participate in departmental audits, CME programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively in Arabic with patients and families to ensure clarity, comfort, and culturally appropriate care.

Ideal Profile

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Specialist certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (Arab Board, MRCOG, or equivalent).
• Licensed or eligible for DOH (HAAD) registration in Abu Dhabi.
• At least 5 years of specialist-level experience in women's health.
• Strong surgical and diagnostic capabilities in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on culturally sensitive communication.
