Key Responsibilities:

Planning, teaching and assessment

• Ensure all areas of the curriculum are covered through effective long, mid and short term plans ensuring a broad, balanced and inclusive curriculum
• Observations and assessment on individual child for all areas of
• Planning next steps based on the observations and assessment during teaching
• Recording and reporting children\'s learning and development within given
• Maintain \'Learning journeys\' for
• Teaching planned lessons based on the age group and learning objectives of EYFS
• Demonstrate excellent and up to date classroom practice

• Take part in and support fund raising activities
• Participate in and contribute to staff meetings, reflective practice, training and appraisal in order to improve skills and knowledge as required and develop a positive attitude that enhances practice

Key Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Diploma (cache or NVQ) or degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
