Description
We are looking to hire an attentive nursery teacher assistant to perform all duties necessary to ensure that children's basic needs are taken care of. The Nursery teacher assistant's responsibilities include feeding and grooming children, introducing children to new, age-appropriate hobbies, and assist the teacher in classroom management. Job Requirements:
- Providing basic care for children which includes feeding, grooming, and changing diapers.
- Developing age-appropriate socialization skills in children.
- Encouraging positive behavior and good manners.
- Identifying behavioral problems and developing appropriate strategies to address them.
- Attending staff meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Providing a pleasant, safe, and sanitary environment.
- Provide coverage for breaks and for other staff member.
- graduate of Bachelor's Degree of Education or Cache Level 2
- proven experience teaching 1-4 years old.
- in-depth understanding of childhood development and EYFS Curriculum
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Attentive and patient
- Excellent in arts and craft
