Job Summary:

Kids Spot Nursery is seeking a qualified and experienced

Registered Nurse - Operations Officer

to lead our health and safety protocols while overseeing the nursery's daily operational standards. This unique dual-role position combines pediatric nursing expertise with strong operational leadership, ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-quality environment for both children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:Health & Safety (Nursing Duties):

Maintain and regularly update children's medical records, ensuring confidentiality and completeness. Ensure full compliance with

Dubai Health Authority (DHA)

regulations and support the nursery in inspection readiness. Monitor and enforce health, hygiene, and illness prevention protocols throughout the nursery. Administer first aid and manage medical emergencies for both children and staff. Keep the nursery clinic clean, organized, well-stocked, and in line with regulatory standards. Conduct training for staff on basic first aid, hygiene practices, and health-related policies.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily non-academic operations to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient nursery functioning. Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors to maintain a safe and functional facility. Manage administrative systems, including filing, registration, child records, and inventory. Coordinate with the accounts team for petty cash management, supplier payments, and operational budgets. Assist with HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, document management, and staff record maintenance. Provide executive-level support to nursery leadership, including task tracking, scheduling, and communication management. Enforce nursery policies across daily operations and provide leadership to ensure consistent implementation. Lead and manage special operational projects from planning through execution. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to organize and execute nursery events.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
