Sapphire Home Health Care - A highly trusted healthcare provider based in Dubai, specializing in Home health care & Lab at Home Services looking for a Nurse Supervisor in Dubai. Job description 1. Manage and coordinate Nurse schedule 2. Assign patients to nurses 3. Ensure adherence to all relevant Nursing standards 4. Maintain quality assurance of Nursing documentation and Client records 5. Create reports to Senior management 6. Ensure compliance with Nursing policies and procedures 7. Educate and train new nurses 8. Evaluate nurses' engagement and performance 9. Inform patient's family members about medical procedures and doctor's instructions. 10. Expertise in tracheotomy care, suctioning, ventilating, and rehabilitation of patients required. 11. Train Nurses for the Care of Newborn Babies, Elderly, Post-Operative, Pregnant Women, Special Needs, Pain Management, and General Medical Cases The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience .
