Via Medica International Healthcare LLC is looking for Nurse Supervisor for our Homecare Division, Abu Dhabi branch. Requirements: DOH license is an advantage Female Immediate joiner preferably Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with a minimum of 2 years' medical experience as a Nurse Supervisor. Package includes: Salary is based on experience and interview assessment Employment Visa Comprehensive Medical Insurance Air Ticket every 2 years Annual Paid Leave Responsibilities: Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with the Homecare Team members and leadership team. Initiates preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate for the patient's care and safety. Performs regular checks of clinical progress notes and nursing care plan to determine and implement improvement plans. Facilitates continuing education programs for homecare staff through lectures and regular counseling/mentoring Communicates with patient and their family in meeting nursing and related needs as needed. Maintains patient records according to VMIH and health authority quality standards. Submits required documentation in a timely manner. Assists the leadership team in Homecare Division on decision making and policy formation. Participates in meetings, special projects as assigned. Prepares weekly duty rota and implements changes in case of sick leave or emergency leave, as necessary. Reviews and approves Homecare Staff attendance time records. Covers for Chief Nursing Officer in cases of emergency. Adheres to all policies, including but not limited to infection control and safety, education, reporting and practice implementation.
