Job Description
Seeking urgently for a qualified Lady Nurse Supervisor with minimum 2-5 years home care experience who can help with nurses\xe2\x80\x99 and other allied personnel\xe2\x80\x99 scheduling , planning and implementing related policies and procedures and overall services for a long-term care facility. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate Nurse schedule Assign patients to nurses Ensure adherence to all relevant Nursing standards Maintain quality assurance of Nursing documentation and Client records Create reports to Senior management Ensure compliance with Nursing policies and procedures Educate and train new nurses Evaluate nurses\xe2\x80\x99 engagement and performance Degree: Bachelor in Nursing License: UAE healthcare license is an advantage Experience: Hospitals/clinics/Homecare with good managerial skills. Gender: Female Availability: Immediate Ability to review procedures and implement new models of service delivery to satisfy the client and organizational requirements Demonstrated commitment to quality outcomes and ability to consult with staff regarding continuous improvement Benefits.
