We at Emarat Aloula are currently seeking a qualified and experienced NOC Coordinator to support the NOC Engineer in all aspects of No Objection Certificates (NOC) and coordination with UAE local authorities for utility and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contracting companies and should have managed similar responsibilities, including authority liaison, permitting, and approvals for infrastructure works such as roads, pipelines, electrical, and water networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with relevant UAE authorities (e.g., ADM, ADSSC, DEWA, RTA, DM, Etisalat, ADDC, DU, TRANSCO, etc.) to obtain all necessary permits and approvals. Manage the complete NOC process including submissions, tracking, follow-ups, and timely clearances. Maintain and update a comprehensive permit register and ensure all NOCs are valid and renewed as needed. Review project drawings and documents to ensure alignment with authority requirements and standards. Liaise with design, planning, and site teams to support smooth execution of works in compliance with approved permits. Attend coordination meetings with consultants, stakeholders, and authority representatives. Ensure full compliance with local regulations and utility authority procedures. Provide updates and status reports on NOC progress to the project management team. Assist in the preparation of required documentation for authority submissions including shop drawings, layout plans, and method statements. Support in resolving authority-related issues that may arise during construction.

Requirements:

Any graduation / degree, or related field. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar NOC Coordinator role for utility/infrastructure contracting projects. In-depth knowledge of UAE authority systems, approval workflows, and permit procedures. Proven experience handling NOC activities for major infrastructure works (roads, water, drainage, telecom, electrical). Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external authorities. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant tracking/reporting tools. Strong documentation, organizational, and follow-up skills.
