Job Description

  • KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Manage, Monitor & Develop a portfolio of key retailers in accordance with the strategy of the division
  • - Full accountability of Invoicing sales & Net sales
  • - Create annual business plan to achieve agreed growth (sell-in, sell-out, stock in trade etc.)
  • - Drive profitability of the accounts P&L and follow up on ROI/Revenue growth management and growth margin
  • - Lead all negotiations with retailers on key launches, share of space, activity plan, and stock management
  • - Establish and develop partnerships and strong relationships with key stakeholders and conduct quarter business reviews
  • - Participate in the commercial strategy, trade marketing, supply, and finance alignment meetings
  • - Cascade commercial plans to his team and ensure execution excellence.
  • - Conduct thorough analysis to track key accounts performance (sell in- sell out)
  • - Ensure commercial objectives and KPIs are clearly set for the team and monitored monthly
