Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement the
national sales strategy
aligned with company goals and growth targets.
Identify and pursue
new business opportunities
with hospitals, clinics, labs, insurers, and corporate clients.
Drive
B2B partnerships and enterprise sales
in the UAE healthcare ecosystem.
Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting to leadership/investors.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and manage a
sales team
(account managers, field reps, business developers).
Set clear performance KPIs and incentive plans to drive results.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training to the sales team.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build long-term relationships with
healthcare providers, insurers, TPAs, and government authorities (DHA, DOH, MOHAP, SEHA, and others)
.
Represent the company at
healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and networking events
.
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to align sales with service delivery.
Market Intelligence & Growth
Monitor
market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
impacting sales.
Provide insights to refine
pricing strategies, go-to-market models, and value propositions
.
Support fundraising and investor relations with sales data, growth metrics, and commercial plans.
Required Qualifications
Master's in
Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
.
8-10 years of proven sales experience, with
at least 4 years in a leadership role
in the UAE healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of
healthcare sales cycles, B2B negotiations, and public/private healthcare procurement processes
.
Fluent in
English & Arabic (written and spoken)
.
Familiarity with the
GCC region
.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
