A leading consumer products company is looking for a
National Sales Manager
to drive sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with key customers across the Kingdom. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring the business continues to grow in a competitive market.
What You'll Do
Lead Sales Strategy
Design and implement sales strategies across all channels and product categories.
Introduce best practices and initiatives to enhance sales performance.
Manage the sales team efficiently and coordinate with other departments to achieve goals.
Quickly respond to market changes and develop contingency plans to meet targets.
Plan & Monitor Performance
Set annual and quarterly sales targets and monitor progress against them.
Track performance across regions, products, and channels, making data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to optimize stock levels and ensure availability.
Support promotional campaigns and sales programs to drive growth.
Customer & Market Focus
Build lasting relationships with customers across Retail, Wholesale, and Key Accounts.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to enter untapped markets.
Work closely with R&D on product development and launches to meet market needs.
Lead & Develop the Team
Manage and inspire sales teams across the Kingdom.
Ensure the right people are in the right roles to meet business objectives.
Provide coaching, training, and recognition to drive engagement and performance.
Brand & Marketing Collaboration
Support brand strategy execution to ensure consistency across all channels.
Contribute to marketing plans that enhance product visibility and sales.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Relevant sales management certifications are desirable.
Experience:
Minimum 12 years in sales, with at least 8 years in management.
Strong FMCG background.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
