We are seeking a dedicated

Nanny / Early Education Aide

to support the Nursery in providing

high-quality early years education and childcare

in line with the Nursery's Vision and Mission. The ideal candidate should have:

Location: Abu Dhabi Branches

Qualifications:

High School certificate combined with

at least 2 years of practical experience

in early childhood care or education

OR

completion of an

ECCE training program of at least 100 hours

. Certified vocational certificate in early childhood care and education (

Level 2

).

Role Focus:

Assisting the Nursery Supervisor in promoting children's

social, physical, and intellectual growth

, while maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for learning.

Main Duties and Responsibilities (JR):

Assist the Nursery Supervisor in implementing activities that promote

social, physical, and intellectual development

of children. Ensure the

health, safety, and wellbeing

of children and staff during all activities, both indoors and outdoors. Support the Nursery Supervisor in

enforcing rules of conduct

and monitoring children during indoor and outdoor play. Motivate and stimulate children's learning abilities using

play-based activities

. Interact with and support children, providing a

secure and clean environment

for learning. Attend

in-service training

to maintain and enhance skills. Stay fully aware of and follow

yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily plans

for classes. Keep up to date with

curriculum changes and best practices

in early childhood education. Take

full responsibility for classroom cleanliness and children's hygiene

, including diaper changing and personal care during nursery hours. Closely supervise children during

snack/lunchtime, nap time, and toilet use

. Assist children with

toilet training

upon parents' request. Perform

any other tasks or duties

assigned by the line manager. Immediate Joiner Prefer.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
