Job Title:

Multi-Technician (Electrician, Plumber, Painter, Gypsum Carpenter)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Multi-Technician

with expertise in

electrical work, plumbing, painting, and gypsum carpentry

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks across multiple disciplines. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities: Electrical Work:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in residential and commercial buildings. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.

Plumbing:

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, and drainage systems. Troubleshoot and fix leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues. Install water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.

Painting:

Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and patching. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Ensure smooth and even paint application with attention to detail.

Gypsum Carpentry:

Install and repair gypsum board (drywall), partitions, and false ceilings. Cut, shape, and assemble gypsum boards to create designs as per specifications. Perform finishing work such as taping, jointing, and smoothing surfaces.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in

electrical, plumbing, painting, and gypsum carpentry

. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety procedures and industry standards. Ability to use hand and power tools efficiently. Good communication skills and teamwork ability.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma or technical certification in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum

3-4 years

of experience.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,250.00 per month
