Maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.
Maintenance of heating and plumbing systems.
AC maintenance services. (Chilled water HVAC systems & Split ACs)
Ventilation/ Hood Extraction services and maintenance.
Perform manual repairs when necessary (doors, cabinets, etc.)
To carry out Planned, Reactive & Corrective Maintenance Task.
Knowledge of MEP and Civil works.
Submit the daily reports to the supervisor,
Manual UAE Driving License is a must.
