Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Motor Claims Assessor/Vehicle Valuation Expert to join our team. A good candidate will possess a high level of knowledge with regards to assessing damages to motor vehicles, assessing insurance claims, and establishing accurate vehicle valuations, especially with regards to accident-damaged, salvage, and auction vehicles in the UAE market.

The individual in this role will need to have direct experience in motor claims, loss adjustment, or vehicle inspection, and a good working knowledge of market pricing, repair cost, and post-accident value
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate car damage from accidents, flood damage, or other occurrences.
Assess car claims in accordance with insurance coverage and UAE rules.

Make estimates of repair costs and assess value in the used car market.

Produce technical reports for evaluation and valuations.

Engage with insurers, repair shops, surveyors, and auction teams if called upon.

Conduct analysis of auction/market information in order to make pricing decisions.

Make sure all assessments conform to company standards and industry best practices.

Offer expert advice on total loss, repair, or resale.

Requirements & Qualifications:

At least 2 years of work experience in one or more of these roles:

Motor Claims Assessor

Motor Claims Surveyor

Motor Loss Adjustor

Vehicle Damage Assessor

Prior work experience in insurance firms, loss adjusting companies, Copart, Emirates Auction, or a similar car auctioning platform will be highly preferable.

Strong knowledge of:

Automobile insurance claims procedures

Automobile repair pricing and assessment of damage

Market pricing in UAE automotive and salvage industries

In a competitive

Capability to read and interpret car inspection reports and vehicle history information.

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Skilled in MS Office and Claim/Value systems. A valid UAE driver's license is most preferable.
