About Carwa

Carwa is changing the way cars are bought and sold in the UAE by offering transparent inspections, fair pricing, and live auctions. To support our growth, we are hiring a Car Purchaser / Vehicle Valuation Specialist who will evaluate and purchase cars on behalf of Carwa, ensuring fair value and profitable decisions.

Responsibilities

Inspect and assess vehicles in-person to determine condition, mileage accuracy, and overall market value. Use market intelligence tools, auctions, and dealer pricing benchmarks to estimate the fair purchase price of vehicles. Negotiate directly with sellers to secure cars at the right value for Carwa. Maintain knowledge of UAE car market trends, including popular makes/models, demand, and resale value. collaborate with the inspection team to validate technical and mechanical findings before making offers. Ensure purchased vehicles align with Carwa's business model, quality standards, and resale profitability. Keep detailed purchase records and pricing justifications for management review. Build and maintain relationships with car dealers, individuals, and partners for consistent car sourcing opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience in car purchasing, used car valuation, dealership, or automotive trading in the UAE. Strong knowledge of car models, market demand, depreciation rates, and pricing strategies. Ability to analyze inspection reports, accident history, and market listings to make informed purchase decisions. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Valid UAE driving license. Strong attention to detail and financial awareness (buying at the right value). Familiarity with auction platforms and OBD/inspection tools is a plus. Basic English required; Arabic, Pashto, or Dari are advantages.
