, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Insurance Surveyor
to join our dynamic
automotive
team in
Dubai
. In this key role, you will inspect damaged vehicles, assess repair costs, prepare insurance survey reports, and coordinate with insurance companies to secure approvals for vehicle repairs. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive fast, accurate, and seamless insurance claim processing.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to prepare detailed survey reports.
Assess and document vehicle damages and repair estimates in line with insurance guidelines.
Liaise with insurance companies' motor claims departments to obtain approvals for repair work.
Monitor claim progress and ensure timely settlements.
Maintain precise records of insurance claims, approvals, and correspondence in compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with technicians and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth claim processing.
Provide technical insights into repair scopes and costs to assist insurance decisions.
Follow up on pending approvals to ensure quick resolution of claims.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all documentation and processes.
Support the overall insurance claim workflow by maintaining clear communication with clients and insurers.
Candidate Profile
2-3 years of experience
as an insurance surveyor or motor claims assessor, preferably in the
automotive sector
.
Strong knowledge of
vehicle repair processes, damage assessment, and insurance claims procedures
.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with insurance documentation and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimation/reporting software.
UAE experience preferred;
immediate availability
