You will own the motion design pipeline from brief to final export. You will turn ideas into clear, purposeful motion assets for campaigns, events, product explainers, and social. You will think like a content strategist, not just a tool operator.
What you will do
Own motion projects
end to end: intake, concept, storyboarding, design, animation, QC, and delivery.
Translate brand messages into stories with movement, pace, and intent.
Design and animate
for multiple formats: reels, paid social, digital screens, launch videos, product demos.
Create refined animations with strong typography, grid-based layouts, and consistent visual hierarchy.
Work across
Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop
(or equivalent) to build final assets.
Collaborate
with copy, designers, and marketing to ensure the motion pieces fit the campaign narrative.
Maintain
brand consistency
across all outputs.
Stay current on motion trends, platform behaviors, and cultural formats and
propose new ideas
.
Prepare clean project files, templates, and source packages for future reuse.
Support video edits when needed (cutdowns, supers, transitions, sound placement).
What good looks like
Every frame is intentional.
Typography is readable, on-brand, and animated with purpose.
Animations feel modern, minimal, and polished.
You can explain why you used a certain transition, speed, or layout.
You can take a loose brief and structure it.
Skills and experience
1-3 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or digital content creation. (If your portfolio is strong, years matter less.)
Strong command of
Adobe Creative Suite
Proven portfolio of motion work that looks futuristic, clean, and brand-safe. Add links in your application.
Strong design eye:
typography, spacing, color, rhythm
.
Ability to storyboard or visualize a sequence before animating.
Comfortable working on multiple timelines at once.
Clear understanding of aspect ratios, export settings, codecs, and platform specs.
Nice to have
Experience with 3D workflows (Blender, or similar).
Experience creating motion templates for teams.
Basic sound design sense (hits, risers, SFX to support motion).
Mindset
You think in narratives, not just keyframes.
You can receive feedback and iterate fast.
You care about what performs on event screens and socials.
You enjoy pushing creative and technical boundaries in motion.
