Position Overview:

We are looking for a

highly creative and skilled 3D Motion Graphic Designer

to bring visual storytelling to life across a variety of media. You will conceptualize, design, and animate 3D content for campaigns, educational videos, digital platforms, and events. This is an exciting opportunity to use cutting-edge design to influence health behaviors and promote impact-driven messaging in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and animate compelling 3D motion graphics for social campaigns, explainer videos, presentations, and digital platforms. Collaborate with content, communication, and program teams to bring narratives and concepts to life visually. Create realistic models, textures, lighting, and animations that meet PSI's quality standards. Design assets for hybrid motion graphics (2D/3D) for multi-platform usage. Edit and enhance videos with sound, motion, and visual effects. Maintain brand consistency across all motion graphics and visual content. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in 3D motion design and animation. Proficiency in 3D software such as

Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya

, or similar. Strong skills in

After Effects, Premiere Pro

, and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with rendering engines like

Octane, Redshift

, or

Arnold

is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing 3D animation, motion design, and visual storytelling. Attention to detail, creative thinking, and ability to take feedback constructively. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
