Job Title: Marketing Coordinator / Motion Graphic Designer



Job Summary:



The Marketing Coordinator / Motion Graphic Designer is a hybrid role responsible for executing marketing strategies and producing visually engaging content that aligns with the company's brand identity. This role combines creative design, video production, and marketing coordination to support campaigns, social media, digital content, and more. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Campaign & Content Coordination



Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Support content creation for digital ads, email campaigns, blogs, brochures, and social media. Coordinate marketing schedules, timelines, and asset deliveries.

2. Graphic Design & Visual Branding



Create high-quality visual assets for digital and print use, including social media posts, infographics, banners, brochures, and presentations. Design and maintain branded templates for both internal and external use (e.g., pitch decks, flyers, advertisements). Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and communicates effectively to the target audience.

3. Social Media & Website Support



Schedule, manage, and monitor posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X). Design visually compelling content optimized for engagement and storytelling. Assist in updating website elements such as banners, promotional graphics, and landing pages.

4. Email Marketing & Communication Design



Design and support the distribution of visually appealing email newsletters and promotional campaigns via platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot. Monitor and report key metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

5. Event & Webinar Support



Create promotional assets for events and webinars, including invitations, digital posters, and branded visuals. Assist in coordinating logistics and marketing collateral for successful event execution.

6. Analytics & Reporting



Track and analyze campaign performance and visual content effectiveness (engagement, reach, conversions).

7. Market & Competitor Research



Research creative trends and design innovations within the financial and forex industries. Monitor competitors' marketing strategies and visual content for inspiration and benchmarking.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination and graphic design (experience in financial or fintech industries is a plus). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Cap Cut. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CMS platforms, and email marketing tools). Strong creative vision with exceptional attention to detail and consistency. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
