About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative

Motion Graphic Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a good understanding of animation principles, and the ability to bring static visuals to life through engaging motion graphics and video content. This role involves working closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to create impactful digital assets across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for marketing videos, social media content, product demos, presentations, and explainer videos Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics Collaborate with the creative and content teams to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling ideas Develop storyboards, visual scripts, and mood boards for animations and videos Maintain brand consistency across all projects Stay up to date with industry trends and suggest new tools and techniques to improve design and animation quality Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work Basic knowledge of sound design and video editing techniques Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Ability to interpret creative briefs and transform ideas into compelling visuals Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred

Nice to Have:

Experience with 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender Basic scripting knowledge for automating animations (e.g., expressions in After Effects) Experience working with UI animations or interactive motion for web/mobile
