Role Purpose

We are seeking a

Creative Motion Graphics Designer

with strong experience delivering high-volume, social-first video content for entertainment, gaming, and brand campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in animation, editing, VFX, and sound design, with the ability to conceptualize, create, and deliver content under tight deadlines. This role requires both technical expertise and creative vision, alongside the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, events, and production.

Key Responsibilities

Design and animate social media promos, trailers, and branding campaigns optimized for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and streaming platforms. Manage end-to-end post-production, including editing, sound design, color grading, kinetic typography, VFX, and audio mixing. Develop modular templates and workflows for consistency and efficiency across projects. Collaborate with marketing teams to align video narratives with launch objectives, KPIs, and brand guidelines. Experiment with AI-powered tools and automation workflows to enhance content creation. Support live event coverage with rapid-turnaround content. Capture original footage using DSLR/mirrorless cameras for both photography and video, ensuring high-quality campaign visuals.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, and post-production (entertainment, gaming, or agency experience highly valued). Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition. Strong understanding of storyboarding, pacing, and narrative flow for compelling storytelling. Proven hands-on experience with professional camera equipment for photography and videography. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments with flexibility and precision. Familiarity with digital content trends, social-first optimization, and best practices (metadata, hooks, CTAs). Languages: Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
