We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

Motion Graphic Specialist

to join our organization. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing sophisticated motion graphics, animations, and multimedia content that support our brand identity and strategic communication objectives. This position requires exceptional technical proficiency, creative vision, and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute advanced motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital marketing, brand campaigns, internal communications, and corporate presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams--including Marketing, Brand, Design, and Product--to conceptualize and produce visually compelling multimedia assets. Edit, assemble, and enhance video content, ensuring seamless integration of graphics, animations, audio, and visual elements. Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all motion graphic deliverables. Support the development of creative concepts and visual storytelling strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Stay informed of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in motion design, animation, and digital media production.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field. Minimum of

3+ years

of professional experience in motion design or multimedia production. Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools. Strong understanding of animation principles, visual composition, color theory, and typography. Demonstrated experience in producing motion graphics for corporate, commercial, or digital marketing contexts. A strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video editing capabilities is

mandatory

. Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Autodesk Maya) is considered an asset.
