Job Summary:

Dots Lab Marketing LLC is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate has a strong sense of visual storytelling, solid animation skills, and experience creating engaging motion content for digital marketing, branding, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media, digital ads, presentations, and video content.

Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to develop visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Design and animate graphics, titles, transitions, and visual effects for videos.

Edit video content when required, including color correction, sound sync, and basic visual effects.

Ensure all motion graphics meet project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.

Stay up to date with the latest design, animation trends, tools, and technologies.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight timelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency in the UAE.

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and related tools.

Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, timing, and visual storytelling.

Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Knowledge of 3D animation or Cinema 4D is a plus.
