Core Duties

• Meet or exceed sales targets for Islamic mortgage products in the assigned area
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and real estate brokers
• Participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, and field visits to generate leads
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted applications and customer documents
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and provide product recommendations
• Resolve client issues professionally and escalate only major concerns to the team leader
• Monitor competitor offerings and provide market feedback to improve FAB's product positioning
• Deliver daily performance reports and sales MIS to management
• Maintain strong internal coordination with branches and support departments

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial product sales
• Knowledge of Islamic mortgage products and UAE market dynamics
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; Arabic language is a plus
• Professional sales certification is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
