.Key Responsibilities
Engage clients through inbound & outbound calls, converting inquiries into qualified leads. Conduct consultations to understand client mortgage and financing needs. Educate clients on financing options, eligibility, and loan terms. Coordinate with banks & lenders to secure the best mortgage solutions. Proactively follow up with clients and update CRM records. Attend property expos, open houses, and company events to generate new leads. Work to achieve (and exceed) monthly/quarterly sales targets. Deliver
exceptional customer service
to build trust and long-term relationships.Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
1 year experience
intelesales, banking, mortgage, or real estate
.Proven target achiever
with a strong sales drive. Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Positive, ambitious, and career-focused personality. Fluent in English. Degree/diploma preferred, but strong experience will be considered.What We Offer

Salary Range:AED 3,000 - AED 9,000
