We are looking for experienced and goal-oriented

Personal Loan Sales Executives

to join our fast-paced team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have

at least 1 year of direct experience in personal loan sales within the UAE banking or finance sector

. This role offers strong career growth and high earning potential for motivated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and convert leads for

personal loan products

through field and telesales. Promote and sell personal loans to salaried customers across various sectors. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Provide accurate information about eligibility, documentation, and processing. Stay updated on personal loan market trends, competition, and bank policies.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in

personal loan sales in the UAE

. Solid understanding of financial products and credit policies. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Must currently be based in the UAE and available to join immediately or on short notice.
