Key Responsibilities:
Sell and advise on
UAE home loan products
- fixed and variable rate mortgages
Partner with top-tier UAE banks to provide
customized mortgage solutions
Conduct loan eligibility assessments and handle full documentation processes
Educate clients on
DSR
,
LTV
, and
Central Bank regulations
Generate new business through
telecalling
,
referrals
, and
property agents
Close high-value deals by understanding customer needs and presenting smart financial options
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
Achieve and exceed monthly
sales targets
and performance
KPIs
Who We're Looking For:
At least
1 year of UAE experience
in
mortgage consulting
,
bank loans
, or
financial product sales
Knowledge of
mortgage calculators
,
bank underwriting policies
, and
Central Bank guidelines
Proven track record in
closing loans
or meeting financial product targets
Fluent in English (Additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a plus)
Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
Well-presented, professional, and results-oriented
Must be currently residing in the UAE
