Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and consultations to evaluate clients' immigration needs and eligibility.

Case Management:

Prepare, review, and submit visa applications and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance:

Stay updated with current immigration policies and ensure full legal compliance.

Documentation Support:

Guide clients through the documentation process, ensuring all submissions meet required standards.

Problem-Solving:

Address any issues or challenges during the immigration process with strategic and practical solutions.

Client Communication:

Maintain consistent communication with clients, authorities, and internal teams.

Customer Service:

Deliver a seamless and supportive client experience from start to finish.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Immigration experience is advantage. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Preferable
