Mortgage Advisors
to join our energetic team. If you're passionate about helping clients secure the best home loan options and have a strong understanding of mortgage processes, we want to hear from you!
As a Mortgage Advisor, you'll guide clients through the mortgage journey -- from consultation to final approval -- while maintaining relationships with banks, partners, and property agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on the most suitable mortgage products based on their financial profile
Handle the full application process from lead to bank disbursement
Collaborate with banks to negotiate and obtain competitive rates
Work closely with clients to collect documentation and ensure application accuracy
Maintain knowledge of current market trends, rate changes, and eligibility criteria
Follow up on leads, manage pipelines, and meet sales targets
Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
Qualifications:
Minimum
1-3 years
of experience in mortgage sales or real estate financing (UAE experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of mortgage processes and financial documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages a bonus)
Motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented
Must be currently in the UAE and available for interview

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
