This role involves advising clients on the best mortgage solutions, managing end-to-end cases, and working closely with banks and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on the most suitable
home loan and refinance options
based on their profile
Handle full
mortgage application process
from lead to disbursement
Maintain strong relationships with
banks, developers, and clients
Stay up to date with
mortgage rates, policies, and market trends
Generate new business through
networking, referrals, and digital leads
Guide clients through
pre-approvals, eligibility checks, and documentation
Meet and exceed
monthly sales targets
and KPIs
Provide professional after-sales support and follow-up
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in mortgage advising or real estate financing (UAE experience preferred)
In-depth knowledge of
bank mortgage products
and
UAE lending regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong client management and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Ability to manage multiple files and work under pressure
UAE driving license is an advantage
