We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Mortgage Consultant

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the UAE mortgage market, banking procedures, and real estate financing options. This role involves advising clients on suitable mortgage products, managing end-to-end mortgage applications, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, banks, and real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage options, eligibility, and financing structures. Assess clients' financial profiles to recommend suitable mortgage products offered by UAE banks. Liaise with banks, developers, and property agents to facilitate mortgage approvals. Stay up-to-date with UAE Central Bank regulations, lending policies, and changes in mortgage interest rates. Prepare and review all required documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank requirements. Maintain and develop relationships with key banking partners to secure competitive mortgage solutions. Follow up on applications, ensure timely disbursement, and support clients throughout the mortgage journey. Maintain a database of clients and prospects, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum

1 year of proven experience in the UAE mortgage or banking sector

(Dubai experience preferred). Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, mortgage products, and banking procedures. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
