The Role
As a
Mortgage Advisor
at OIA Properties, you'll play a key role in helping clients secure the right financing solutions for their property investments. You'll work closely with our dynamic sales and finance teams across both our
Dubai and Abu Dhabi branches
, giving you access to a wider client base and greater earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on mortgage options, interest rates, and repayment plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and developers.
Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable loan products.
Guide clients through the mortgage application and approval process.
Stay updated on UAE mortgage market trends, policies, and lending criteria.
Collaborate with the sales team to support clients in purchasing their dream homes or investments.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Loan Officer, or similar role in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE banking and mortgage regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about helping clients succeed.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
