We are looking for an experienced and driven Mortgage Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, mortgage advisory, or financial consulting, with a solid understanding of the UAE mortgage market. This position offers a clear career path to becoming the Head of the Mortgage Department for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on mortgage options and guide them through the application process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and real estate partners.
Negotiate and structure mortgage deals to best meet clients' financial needs.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Contribute to developing internal processes and the future mortgage team.
Requirements
:
Proven experience in mortgage brokerage, banking, or financial consulting.
Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit policies, and banking systems.
Existing contacts within UAE banks are highly desirable.
Fluency in English.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ambition to take on leadership responsibilities and grow into a management role.
