Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on a range of
mortgage and home finance solutions
(residential, commercial, and buy-to-let)
Analyze clients' financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage products
Manage the
end-to-end mortgage process
-- from initial consultation to loan disbursement
Coordinate with banks, lenders, and developers to secure competitive mortgage deals
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
Stay updated on
UAE market trends
, interest rates, and Central Bank regulations
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For:
Minimum
1 year of sales experience
, ideally in
mortgages, loans, or other financial products
Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Business, Economics
, or a related discipline
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to achieve targets and close deals
UAE driving license is an advantage
Self-motivated, professional, and client-focused attitude
