We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced
Mortgage Advisory
. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance to clients on mortgage products, financing options, and property purchases while maintaining strong relationships with banks and real estate partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on the best mortgage products based on their financial needs and eligibility.
Evaluate client profiles and prepare loan applications with required documentation.
Build and maintain relationships with banks, developers, and real estate brokers.
Negotiate and secure the most competitive mortgage rates and terms.
Stay updated on UAE mortgage regulations, market trends, and product updates.
Support clients throughout the mortgage approval and disbursal process.
Skills and Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in the UAE
mortgage or real estate financing sector
.
Strong knowledge of
UAE banking policies
and mortgage processes.
Excellent communication, sales, and client advisory skills.
Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Business, or related field
.
Relevant mortgage certifications or licensing preferred.
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
