About the Role:
As a Mortgage Broker at Amity Mortgages, you'll play a crucial role in helping clients navigate home financing options and secure the best mortgage solutions. We're looking for someone who is driven, client-focused, and ready to hit the ground running.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a mortgage broker, banker or in a similar role in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products, lenders, and real estate market.
Proven ability to manage client relationships from initial inquiry to closing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
RERA certification is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to each client's needs.
Liaise with banks, lenders, and real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
Guide clients through the full mortgage process -- from pre-approval to disbursement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, rates, and lending criteria.
Meet sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
