We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our established, award winning and growing team.
Salary Range: 50% Commission + Bonuses
Your Role:
Working closely with Property Sales Consultants within the business and deal with referrals in a timely manner
Deal directly with bank representatives
Pipeline management and reporting
Achieve monthly targets
New business generation
Maintain client relationships and portfolios
Keep clients up to date with the status of their mortgage application
About You:
CeMAP qualified is preferred
Previous experience within a Mortgage Consultancy role
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Articulate, numerate and confident
Smart business dress is required at all times
Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards
You should be punctual and contribute to the development of the company
