We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Mortgage Advisor
to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least
1 year of experience
in mortgage advisory or retail banking, with a strong understanding of UAE mortgage products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on mortgage products and financing options based on their needs and eligibility.
Assist clients in preparing and submitting mortgage applications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and clients.
Stay updated with UAE mortgage regulations, policies, and products.
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in mortgage advisory, real estate, or retail banking in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of mortgage processes, banking policies, and financial documentation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
