About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Mortgage Advisor to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the local mortgage landscape and end-to-end mortgage processes, as well as a passion for helping clients navigate their home financing journey.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on the most suitable mortgage options based on their financial profiles and property goals. Manage the full mortgage process, including pre-approvals, application submissions, liaising with banks, and final approvals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations, bank products, interest rates, and financial market trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and real estate agents. Guide clients on mortgage types (fixed, variable, Islamic finance, etc.) and clarify terms, costs, and repayment plans. Ensure all documentation and processes comply with UAE laws and Central Bank guidelines.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in the Dubai financial or mortgage sector. Thorough understanding of mortgage types and UAE property financing process. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple clients and work under deadlines. Fluency in English. Why Join Us?
