Job Description

1. Client Consultation & Business Development (Sales & Advisory):

Actively prospect and generate new mortgage leads through networking, referrals (from real estate agents, developers, other financial professionals), cold calling, and participation in industry events.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies and developers to secure consistent referral business.

Proactively identify potential clients' needs and present tailored mortgage solutions.

Analyze income, existing liabilities, credit history, and employment stability to determine mortgage eligibility and recommend suitable loan programs.

Possess comprehensive knowledge of all mortgage products offered by partner banks and financial institutions in the UAE (e.g., fixed-rate, variable-rate, Islamic mortgages, interest-only).

Stay up-to-date on the latest UAE mortgage laws, Central Bank regulations, lending policies, interest rate trends, and real estate market conditions.

2. Operations & Documentation (Processing & Compliance):

Guide clients through the mortgage application process, assisting with the accurate and complete submission of all required forms and documentation.

Review and verify all client documents (e.g., passport, Emirates ID, salary certificates, bank statements, liability letters, trade licenses, audited financials for self-employed, title deeds, sales agreements).

Ensure all applications are error-free and meet the specific requirements of the chosen lender.

Act as the primary liaison between clients, banks/lenders, real estate agents, developers, and other relevant parties (e.g., valuers, lawyers).

Negotiate favourable loan terms and conditions with financial institutions on behalf of clients.

Follow up diligently on client inquiries, pre-approvals, and final approvals in a timely manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
