Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Advisor located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Mortgage Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their mortgage needs and provide suitable financial solutions. Daily tasks include assisting clients in mortgage lending, reviewing and underwriting loan applications, evaluating financial documents, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. The role requires maintaining strong communication with clients and financial institutions to ensure smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in understanding mortgage products and financing options.

Process and review mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Analyze financial documents such as income statements, tax returns, and credit reports.

Communicate with lenders, underwriters, and other financial institutions to facilitate loan approvals.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and mortgage regulations.

Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to mortgage applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

Experience in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending

Proficiency in mortgage software and MS Office applications.

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze financial data and assess creditworthiness

Experience and knowledge in handling Loans

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment

Relevant certifications in mortgage and lending are beneficial
