Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on

mortgage loan

options available from UAE banks Guide clients through the full

mortgage application

and approval process Work closely with property buyers and investors to identify suitable financing options Maintain relationships with multiple banks to offer the best mortgage rates Stay updated with UAE

real estate finance regulations

, loan policies & banking offers Achieve monthly targets on applications, approvals, and disbursals Provide top-notch customer service and after-sales support

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in

mortgage sales

,

banking

, or

home loan advisory

in the UAE Strong knowledge of

UAE banks' mortgage products

and eligibility criteria Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Professional, proactive, and result-oriented approach Ability to handle client objections and provide customized solutions Must be currently based in

Dubai or UAE
